"This isn't a minecraft skin, silly"

I am running Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft, attempting to add a skin. Unfortunately it responds with "This isn't a Minecraft skin, silly." Unsure why. Never had this issue before. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.
