Sneaking before riding horse makes it slow

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Connect a controller to your device
2. Spawn and tame a horse
3. Once the horse is tamed, get off of it
4. Using the controller, ride the horse by pressing the Ride and Sneak buttons at the same time
5. Move around with the horse

Observed Results:
The horse moves very slowly.

Expected Results:
The horse should move at its normal speed.

Original Description:
If I crouch just before getting on a horse, it makes the horse slow and really annoying. By the way, I use controller and I don't know if this happens on keyboard and mouse.

It also makes a good animation though!
