Can't open the Character Creator

I recently went to change my skin in Minecraft on the switch. When I opened the Character Creator, it displayed an error (see attached picture), it stayed on that until my switch timed out. I restarted Minecraft and my switch and it still gave me that error. It would be much appreciated if this was fixed soon.
