I got a new Xbox and when I try and load templates it will download them but get stuck on the import screen. Very very frustrating.

I got a new Xbox and when I try and load templates it will download them but get stuck on the import screen. Very very frustrating. I am on an Xbox series x so I'm unsure what version it would be.
