We bought the Weapons 3.0 world and it is stuck in download.

We bought the Weapons 3.0 world and when I clicked the "update" button it got stuck in download. Apparently, this is not a new or singular issue. Like your other customers, we have spent money on this purchase which should be refunded to us or the issue should be fixed.
