The description text on toggles is brighter than normal in the latest Beta/Preview (1.19.10.20)

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the create new world screen
2. Observe the toggles description text brighter than normal
3. Observe the button toggles description text using the normal color

Observed results:

The toggles description text is brighter than normal

Expected results:

The toggles description should have the same color as the button toggles description
