The artwork on the No packs available dialogue is off centered and is clipped off screen.

How to reproduce:

1. Delete all behavior packs
2. Go to the new create new world screen
3. Go to the behavior packs tab
4. Observe the artwork off centered downwards and is clipped off screen

Observed results:

The artwork is off centered and is cut off

Expected results:

The artwork should be centered and should not be cut off
