The tab buttons in the new UI does not appear correctly

The tab buttons in the new UI does not appear correctly. Its misplaced, and the buttons aren't pressed down correctly.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the resource packs tab, behavior packs tab, or the achievements screen
2. Observe the tab buttons not appearing correctly
