Maps not downloading From Marketplace

Hello,

          So My issue is that when I try to download any map from marketplace they don't download they get stuck at 0% and I have tried it with many maps but they don't download,plz help me with this issue by fixing it.

(Oh and I forgot to state that it's not a network issue as my network signals are perfect I also tried on other Networks.
