Player Moves Too Slow When Joystick Is Moved Just Little Further.

Since the New Controls Scheme is added For Mobile Devices, There is a Wierd Bug, Which Should Be Fixed As Soon As Possible. When the Joystick Is Moved/Stretched Just Slightly, The Player moves Too Slow as compared to normal speed.

How To Reproduce :

1. Launch Minecraft In Touch Device.
2. Enable New Touch Controls Scheme.
3. Enable Crosshair or Touch mode.
4. Open a World.
5. Move The Joystick Just A Little Further.

Observation:
You Will Notice That The Player Moves Very Very Slow.

Expected Result:
The Player Should Move At Normal Speed.

When Auto Sprint On Movement is enabled: The Player Should Move At Normal Speed, Until The Joystick Is Not Moved Too Much to Enable Sprinting.
