The downloading & importing dialogue box does not show the correct title

The downloading & importing dialogue box does not show the correct title in the Create New World screen.

How to reproduce:

1. Delete a resource pack
2. Go to the create new world screen
3. Click on the activate button on the pack you just deleted
4. Observe the title of the download and activate pack dialogue box
5. Click on the download and activate button
6. Observe the title not correctly updating

Observed results:

The title does not correctly update

Expected results:

The title should update when you click on the download and activate button
