Marketplace worlds not downloading

   Hello I play Minecraft on my Xbox one I play on version 1.18.31(says at bottom of title screen) and whenever I go to my purchased marketplace worlds it says that they need to be downloaded but when hit download it sits there unmoving at 0 percent I wait over 30 minutes and nothing happens and when I hit cancel it says it's still downloading but still doesn't move the bar or actually finish. I just want to play the world's Ive paid for. Please help from a worried fan.
