Realm crashes every 30-45 minutes

My personal survival realm keeps crashing every 30 minutes and setting back everyone's progress, I have 3 realms and this is the only one this happens on! We have no idea what could be causing this, or why it started in the first place. Also when it crashes it can take up to an hour to let us back in the realm.
