Sculk sensors don't detect daylight detector mode switching

Sculk sensors don't detect daylight detector mode switching.

How to Reproduce

1. Place down a daylight detector and a sculk sensor nearby
2. Change the mode of the daylight detector by right-clicking on it
3. Check as to whether or not a vibration is created and/or if the sculk sensor is activated upon switching the daylight detector's mode.

Observed Result
Sculk sensors don't detect it.

Expected Result
Sculk sensors should detect it.
