Can't join Realm after quit

When I go into my own realm create some massive build and I decide to go do something else for a little bit I can't go into the realm but other people can. My wifi is good cause I was just using it, the realm is on, but I can't join it says either disconnected from the server or unable to connect to world. Any help?
