Nintendo Switch: Get "We're having trouble connecting to the Marketplace..." when try to change skin.

Well when I want to change my skin on switch it just says "We're having trouble connecting to the Marketplace right now. Please try again later" but I try it now like 1 week, it would be nice if you could fix it
