Sculk sensors don't detect players placing glowstone into respawn anchors.

How to Reproduce

1. Place down a respawn anchor.
2. Place down a sculk sensor nearby and place some glowstone into the respawn anchor.
3. Check as to whether or not sculk sensors detects it.

Observed Result
Sculk sensors don't detect players placing glowstone into respawn anchors.

Expected Result
Sculk sensors should detect it.
