The Resource packs / Behavior packs descriptions opens then closes when doing certain actions in the New Create New World screen.

How to reproduce (resource packs):

1. Go to the New Create New World screen
2. Apply 2 or more Resource Packs
3. Move the Resource Packs around by dragging and dropping
4. Observe the Packs descriptions opening and closing once moved

How to reproduce (behavior packs):

1. Go to the New Create New World screen
2. Click on the Available Tab
3. Observe the Behavior Packs description opening and closing (this may not work 100% of the time)

Observed Results:

The Resource packs / Behavior packs descriptions opens then closes unexpectedly.

Expected Results:

The Resource packs / Behavior packs descriptions should not open then close when doing certain actions.
