The sculk sensors don't detect players pathing grass/podzol/mycelium/dirt using shovels

How to Reproduce

1. Place down a sculk sensor
2. Place down grass, podzol, mycelium, dirt, coarse dirt, and rooted dirt
3. Path it using a shovel (make sure to not walk)

Observed Result
The sculk sensor doesn't detect it

Expected Result
The sculk sensor should detect it.
