The sculk sensors don't detect players stripping logs and woods.

How to Reproduce

1. Place down a sculk sensor.
2. Place down logs and woods.
3. Strip the logs and woods.

Observed Result
The sculk sensor doesn't detect it.

Expected Result
The sculk sensor should detect it.
