unable to load skin packs and download texture packs

-Character creator : it is impossible to load styles in the character creator and apply them when I have internet and the latest update installed. join below

 

-My content : unable to download texture pack updates in store and my content. join below

 

-Have to uninstall the game and reinstall it to get some of my skin packs and the texture packs still won't download
