I cant Use minecraft with realm on cellphone or windows 10

I cannot play on Realms it says that I need to update soon, but others with access to my realm can play everything normal

What I expected to happen was...:
Sign in to the realm and play after loading the world

What actually happened was...:
The world does stop loading everything and freezes with a half loaded world and nothing can be done. this happened since one week ago

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just login in triggers it, it doesnt matter the computer used or cellphone
