Textures swap with other random textures after texture pack was applied and removed

Textures swap with other random textures. This doesn't happen every time, but about 2 out of 10 times starting a world. I'm on Ipad Pro. This started happening after I applied the Deep Sea Mash up texture pack and disabled it. It seems to me like a "Game file" issue.
