Get "could not connect to directory" when try transferring world from one phone to another.

When you try to transfer your worlds through a file manager, it gives you an error message saying the game could not connect to the directory. When you allow minecraft the access the "minecraftWorlds" folder, it brings you back to the game and gives you this same error message. It doesnt matter what world file you pick in the "minecraftWorlds" folder it gives that error message everytime. It seems to be an issue with android phones.
