2 wooden slabs still available in /give

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /give @s wooden_slab
2. /give @s stone_slab 2

Observed Results:
the stabs will look the exact same however they won't be stackable

Expected Results:
these slabs should be the same item and stackable together
