Purchased items from marketplace will not download

Hi. I’m having an issue with downloading and playing my purchases made with coins in the marketplace. All of my past purchases and a new one I bought yesterday will not download. It brings be to the download screen and then sits there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 4 times, I have reset my Xbox 3 times, and I have I have cleared my alternate wireless MAC address twice. It still will not work. I have also logged into the app on my iPad and I cannot download anything I’ve purchased in the past or from yesterday on that as well.
