Xbox one minecraft not working

I have uninstalled , reinstalled,unhooked and rehooked my xboxone. I literally have done itall since migrating. I still cant eat or place a block. I keep getting the same run around in emails its very frustrating. So again i have done everything since the migration and i still cant eat or place block or open boxes on xbox one minecraft.
