X-raying using snow layers when swiching to 3rd person view.

Steps to reproduce:

1.go to a snowy biome or place some snow layers in front of you and stand on the ground.

2.switch to the 3rd person view and move your camera into the snow layers.

3.see if you can see through the gorund.

Expected results:

You cannot see through the ground.

Observed results:

You can see through the ground.
