Crash when Broadcast to xbox is enabled?

Minecraft crashes 10-20 seconds after starting a world.
Changes and moves done are not saved, so it seems like it's when
minecraft tries to save the changes it crashes.
UPDATE: crash when xbox option is enabled!

Same issue for old & new worlds, creative & survival

Note: when I turn on aircraft mode, it works without crash!!

Note 2: Just realized that when I turn off the "Broadcast to Xbox live", it works even with wifi on.
