Music and General Game Sounds not loud enough

hello, I would like to report that minecraft bedrock sounds and music is not loud enough when i have all sounds set on 100. I have to set my tv volume to 40 to hear it correctly. The music set on 100 should be louder and its not. If i have submitted a duplicate issue im sorry i searched for it and could not find anything.
