Fortune enchantment is not working correctly

I have acquired a golden pickaxe enchanted with unbreaking3, fortune 3, efficiency4.

when I go to use it, it just breaks the whole ore blocks. No ores fall. I thing the enchantments or the fortune one are totally broken... please fix this issue as first as possible, because its matters a lot...
