You cannot press and hold to move the cursor left with a controller

Normally, when using a controller, you can press and hold on one of the d-pad buttons to consistently move in that direction. This works properly in every direction except left, as shown in the video.

 

I tested this on 1.18.33 and this seems to have been introduced in 1.19.
