Character skin won't load and can't access Marketplace

What I expected to happen was...:
I'm trying to see, select and otherwise change my character skin or look for new ones in the Marketplace

 

What actually happened was...:
On the landing page for MC Windows edition, my gamer tag loads just fine, but the character under it never loads, it's just a forever spinning circle. I'll then click the "Dressing Room" button to try and see if I can add a skin. 5 empty slots show and the "Create Character" button is greyed out. I try to click an empty slot and nothing happens. I click the menu options on the left and nothing happens. I tried clicking the + in the upper right hand corner to see if anything happens, nothing does.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, restarted my computer, reset the Windows store, so far, nothing has worked
