I can't load the items to create a skin, besides they keep loading infinitely, my texture bought from Adventure Time can't be downloaded.

Upon entering my locker room, absolutely all skins are endlessly loading. When I try to create a new skin, the items I want to put don't load, making it impossible to create a new skin.

 

My Adventure Time Mash-up texture cannot download. When trying to download it gets stuck at 0%
