Screen becomes dark and then green and blue dots accumulate and fill the screen

When playing in the world "Hilltop Lifestyle" created by Nvidia or other RTX worlds, the screen become dark after a few seconds. Then some green and bule dots accumulate and fill the screen.

 

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 3060 Laptop GPU

driver: 516.01

 

I tried to capture a frame with NVIDIA Nsight Graphics, but it can't attach to a UWP app.

It seems the brightness of some blocks or pixels overflows and spreads on the whole screen.
