Cant eat anything to heal or place blocks down since i migrated my account

I went to play minecraft on my xbox one found out that i cant eat to heal or place anything down. I migrated my account like asked. Still same problem. I then try all the different thing i found nothing work i uninstalled reinstalled turn my xbox one off tjen back on and even unplugged. I then contacted the help desk all to be told search for my problem if i dont find it report it on here. I just want to play my game like i did before all this migration  stuff happened.
