Blocks in the end recovering (after they are broken) after reentering the ender world

Summary:
This happens at a low height near the main island (up to +/-200 in x/y).
You need to place the blocks, then break them, exit through the portal and return. Part of the blocks will be restored randomly. But если leave пробел на 126 coordenates (preferably by x) and build up to ≈200, and then break everything up to 126 and re-enter in End - all blocks up to ≈200 will be restored.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build to 0 height.
2. Build up to x=127.
3. Break the block at x=126.
4. Build up to x=200.
5. Break all blocks up to x=127 (including x=127).
6. Go to the portal.
7. Return to End.
8. Look at the blocks you have broken and placed.

Observed results:
All blocks from x=127 to x≈200 recovered.

Expected results:
Blocks should not appear if you have already broken them.
