Google Play Store Bug

Hello! This is important, there is no official confirmation about this.

So at 10 May 6:00-8:00 AM, Google Play Store suddenly make Minecraft Free. Its only happen at several countries (Report says 4 Countries)

Is it a bug or something? I already claim it, is it legal to play it? If not what should i do?
