impossible to get in the way (friends)

I am writing to you for a Multiplayer problem that occurs on Minecraft, when I want to join a friend of any platform, the problem is (Cannot access the world).

This problem has always been present even in the old versions both to me and you have my friends, only now in the new version there is no way to join a friend.
