Crossbow Fireworks Don't Explode Upon Impact When hitting a block/entity

Crossbows loaded with fireworks function normally, but when the fireworks are fired, they don't explode when hitting anything (in the case of hitting a block(s), there will be a short delay and then explosion/damage), therefore dealing less damage.
