Glitching Textures When You Become Very Fast

So I was just playing survival and playing with boats on ice.

Until suddenly the textures start glitching and water textures start appearing on top of the ice.

 

How to reproduce it :

Go fast on a boat in snowy biome or on ice that is floating in water.
