How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Old Create New World Screen
2. Click on the Education Edition toggle
3. Observe the Education Edition warning message
4. Go to the New Create New World Screen
5. Go to the Cheats Tab
6. Click on the Education Edition toggle
7. Observe how no warning message pops up

Observed results: The Education Edition toggle does not show a warning message when clicked on.

Expected results: The Education Edition toggle should show a warning message when clicked on, matching the Old UI systems functionality.
