Warden can despawn when stuck in lava or water

Summary:
When a warden is stuck in lava or water, it eventually despawns. In Java Edition, it doesn't, which is intentional per MC-250641.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build a glass cage
2. Replace the floor of the cage with lava or water
3. Spawn a warden inside the cage
4. Wait for a while

Observed Results:
The warden eventually despawns.

Expected Results:
The warden shouldn't despawn.
