Steps to Reproduce

1. Find ice biome.
2. Walk and sprint or jump on the ice block.

Observed Results
Ice block texture is glitching when player walking or jump on the ice block make player FPS drop.

Expected Behavior
Ice block texture should not be glitching when player walking or jump on the ice block and will not make player FPS drop.
