There was a weird generation and texture glitch. Unsure what the cause is.

After going back to the surface above an ancient city, I found this weird texture bug, giant panes of random textures were ripping through the world and blocks weren't loading around it. I am unsure if this is a glitch on my device or something having to do with all of Minecraft.
