Can't download anything

I had just spent money for the founding pack in Minecraft that cost 5.99 us$

I bought the pack I wanted so I can play it with my friends and the world will not download no matter what I try. I have restarted the game and the console multiple times and it still says downloading. It hasn't went up a single percent for the last hour. I have enough space on the game. I have deleted multiple things. I just want this to be fixed
