Marketplace and skins not loading

Ever since 1.18.31 and 1.18.32 the marketplace and skins are not loading. It says to restart my game but I did and it still said the same thing did it again and still the same thing. Did it like a 100 times but still says the same thing. Not gonna uninstall and reinstall because I saved my stuff and could not load my world. Lost my five year old survival world.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft.

2. Notice that the skins and marketplace is not loading.

3. Restart your game.

4. Wait a minute.

5. Repeat the last two steps multiple times or just wait a hour.

6. The skins and marketplace will never ever load.
