Can't type text on Signs or Add names to Name Tags in the anvil

On Microsoft Realms:

No text appears on Signs once you place it the text disappears.

Name tags won't rename in the anvil.

Both these things have worked in the past, but now since the last two updates they no longer work.

This issue was raised in December 2021, and supposedly resolved, but it has not been resolved.
