failed to log in microsoft and psn message keeps popping up every time i try to login

i tried logging in on a different psn but wasn't successful i normally play on ps5 but i was playing ps4 at this moment so i wanted to switch psn but i wasn't successful so i logged in on the same old psn on ps4 i was able to get in once then i went to another app and when i went back my skins had disappeared so i logged out and i couldn't get back even on the ps5 the same message pops up on all the things i tried logging in on please help resolve this issue
