Issues with multiple textures.

Hello! I recently got into trying to create my own texture pack for me and my friends. I tried to create multiple different textures for the cows in-game. I even went through and adjusted the render controller JSON file for it multiple times in multiple different ways. I have spent almost 10 hours researching and troubleshooting but have not found a way to get this to work. can anyone help me?
